1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Foglift ("the Service"), available at foglift.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Foglift provides automated website analysis including SEO, performance, security, and accessibility scanning. Results are generated automatically and should be used as guidance, not as definitive assessments. We use third-party APIs (including Google PageSpeed Insights) to generate our reports.
3. Account Registration
Some features require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.
4. Free and Paid Plans
Foglift offers both free and paid services. Free scans are limited to 3 per day per IP address. Paid plans (Deep Scan, Pro, Agency) provide additional features as described on our pricing page. Prices are in USD and are subject to change with 30 days notice.
5. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. One-time purchases (Deep Scan) are non-refundable once the report has been delivered. Subscription plans (Pro, Agency) can be cancelled at any time; you will retain access until the end of your billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to scan websites you do not own or have permission to scan
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access restrictions
- Use automated tools to access the Service beyond the provided API
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Foglift. Scan reports generated for you may be shared, downloaded, and used for your own purposes. You retain ownership of the URLs and websites you scan.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Scan results are automated analyses and may not be fully accurate. We do not guarantee that fixing identified issues will improve your search rankings, traffic, or security posture.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foglift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email.
